I'm keen to gently listen, hold space for my clients and work together whether it be for talk therapy, setting goals, developing strategies to manage barriers in a different way or explore their inner self. I aspire to create a warm, safe, and non-judgmental space for self-exploration and growth. I have experience in supporting individuals who are struggling with issues relating to stress, trauma and adjustments to changes in relationships, work or other life events. I aim to bring kindness, acceptance, respect, and collaboration to our therapeutic relationship and sessions. My sessions are client-led, and I adapt my approach to suit the unique strengths, goals, and interests of each person. I particularly enjoy helping my clients develop self-understanding and the confidence to live a safe, authentic, meaningful life and find some joy in that process.” In her spare time she enjoys listening to audiobooks, watching basketball - being a big Sydney Kings fan, playing D&D and other board games, spending time with her family and friends and sometimes going to the gym. |
