- Initial appointment to understand background and goals.
- ~2 hour cognitive assessment (tool varies by age).
- ~2 hour achievement assessment (WIAT-III).
- Questionnaires sent to parents/teachers where relevant.
- Feedback session to discuss results and recommendations.
- Comprehensive written report.
ADHD assessment — typical steps (click to expand)
- Initial appointment to understand history and everyday impacts.
- Executive functioning assessment.
- ~2 hour diagnostic interview.
- 1.5–2 hour school observation (for primary-aged clients).
- Questionnaires sent to parents/teachers where relevant.
- Feedback session to discuss results and recommendations.
- Comprehensive written report.

- Initial appointment to understand history, strengths and supports.
- Executive functioning assessment.
- ~2 hour neuroaffirming diagnostic interview.
- ~2 hour observation and interaction task (for children).
- 1.5–2 hour school observation (for primary-aged clients).
