Why Telehealth Therapy Might Be the Best Seat in the House

Therapy no longer needs traffic, waiting rooms, parking meters, or rushing across town after work. With telehealth psychology, support can happen from your couch, your office, your study nook — or wherever life feels manageable.

Book an Appointment Meet Our Team

At Choice Point Psychology, we provide telehealth psychology services for children, adolescents, and adults across Australia. Whether you are seeking therapy, ADHD support, autism assessments, trauma therapy, parenting support, or professional supervision, telehealth can make support more accessible than ever.

“Your Mental Health, Anytime, Anywhere.”

Convenient. Confidential. Flexible. Effective. Telehealth psychology allows you to access support from the comfort of home — whether you live regionally, work long hours, manage chronic stress, or simply prefer the familiarity of your own environment.

Why People Love Telehealth Therapy

Comfort & Familiarity

Some people find it easier to open up in their own environment. No unfamiliar waiting rooms. No sensory overload. No “therapy commute”.

Flexible for Busy Lives

Telehealth can fit around work, parenting, university, disability supports, and rural living — making therapy easier to access consistently.

Accessible Australia-Wide

Access support regardless of location. Telehealth psychology is especially valuable for people in regional and rural communities.
